3 year On-Site Next Day
This 3 year warranty for Notebooks (exc. Gaming Notebooks) & Chromebooks includes an 'on-site next day' service, meaning that we will schedule a technician to visit your location next business day* to assess and repair the fault with your device if possible†


Equipment Protection
As well as extending your warranty cover, this service also include Equipment Protection, which protects your new device against the most common forms of accidental damage including:
- Damage from the device being dropped or knocked
- Damage from a drink being spilled on the device


Battery & Data Protection
Our battery protection service means that your device's battery will be covered as part of the extended warranty
As part of the data protection service, we remove your device's storage drive prior to any repairs, so that you can retain your data
